ConfigurationException: No MVC Forum configuration section found

You're missing the 'mvcForum' section in the applications config file. Open up the config file and make sure the section is defined:

	<configSections>
		<section name="mvcForum" type="mvcForum.Core.Configuration.MVCForumSection, mvcForum.Core" />
	</configSections>

And then make sure the section itself is there:

	<mvcForum>
		<databaseBuilder type="mvcForum.DataProvider.EntityFramework.DataProviderConfiguration, mvcForum.DataProvider.EntityFramework" />
		<dependencyContainerBuilder type="MVCBootstrap.Ninject.DependencyContainer, MVCBootstrap.Ninject" />
		...
	</mvcForum>

Read more about the 'mvcForum' section on the Configuring MVC Forum page.
