System emails



System is not sending emails to new users or password change requests, etc. I have verified that the system can send email to the specified user by using the test email section of the forum settings. I can send the email as a test, but the system is not sending the activation message when a new user is created.

And you have the right settings on the Solution Settings / Account page ?

I was actually testing the new account setup as an admin in the user section. That's probably why it didn't work. I assume if I tried through the actual new user registration form, it will work just fine.

OK - I tried using the registration page and created a new user. I did receive the activation email correctly. But, when I follow the link, I get the page that says "We could not activate your new account!"
